Huisvlyt misrepresents specific forms, objects and tools – signifiers of male and female stereotypes – by redressing and decorating them with a feminine aesthetic associated with domestic craft.

duction is itself an original and even the original is a copy of another form. A French antiques dealer, whose name is never given (Juliette Binoche), attends the talk with her 11-year-old
